They're preview software; the terms say what that means. SwarmSpan is $4.99: one website license covers your own Windows PCs, and the Mac App Store edition is a separate purchase through Apple.

Change seats whenever you need to. Your administrator adds or removes seats, switches between monthly and yearly billing, updates the card, and downloads invoices from the Stripe billing portal. Changes are prorated. The CRM Service Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy govern billing, renewal, and cancellation.

Model providers bill you directly.
The apps and the CRM can run AI work on models you choose. If you connect your own cloud provider account (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or another), that provider bills you under your agreement with them, at their rates, and we never see that money. Keys you configure for a CRM workspace stay bound to that workspace.

What do the desktop apps cost?
Talavine and Vibes are free downloads during the public preview. SwarmSpan for Windows uses a $4.99 one-time license across your own Windows PCs. The Mac App Store edition is a separate $4.99 purchase through Apple. All three run on your own machine with no subscription.
Can I use the ChatGPT or Claude subscription I already pay for?
Yes. Talavine can sign in with a ChatGPT or Claude Pro or Max subscription on your computer, or use a free local model or your own API key. Your provider's terms and usage limits apply, and a subscription still sends relevant information to that provider when it answers.
What does the hosted Talavine CRM cost?

How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with 14 free days. Checkout saves your card but charges nothing. The first charge happens when the trial ends, and cancelling from the billing portal before then means you're never charged.
What counts as a user?
Each person who can sign in to your workspace uses one seat. Disabled users free their seat, and AI agents don't use one. If every seat is in use, your administrator adds seats from the billing portal before inviting someone new.
Can I change seats or switch to yearly billing?
Yes. The billing portal lets your administrator add or remove seats and switch between monthly and yearly billing. Stripe prorates the change on your next invoice.
I signed up during the free preview. Do I pay now?
Not automatically. Workspaces created during the preview have no card on file and stay free until we email your administrator with advance notice. You can then choose a paid plan or close the workspace.
Are there costs that are not ours to charge?
Yes, and they're worth planning for. If you point the apps or your CRM workspace at a cloud model provider using your own API key, that provider bills you directly under your agreement with them. Running local models through Ollama or LM Studio costs nothing per token. You're paying in hardware you already own.
